Staff really very friendly and very helpful. When I arrived I was so tired - the receptionist very kindly gave me early check in and late check out too. Hotel amazing and spotless. In a great area too. Going to book to stay again.

Disliked: We had no hot water, so couldn’t take a shower in the morning

Do not go, overpriced and...

Liked: The location was close to the tube and had good eateries nearby.
Disliked: No hot water for multiple days, and the staff did not make people aware of that fact unless questioned. Dirty towels.The room smelled, and the windows could not be opened to air out the room. The bed was hard and uncomfortable.
