Staff really very friendly and very helpful. When I arrived I was so tired - the receptionist very kindly gave me early check in and late check out too. Hotel amazing and spotless. In a great area too. Going to book to stay again.

I would expect more from...

Liked: The reception area was clean, the bed was comfortable and there were good provisions of shampoos and toiletries etc in otherwise newly furnished and quality bathrooms.
Disliked: The fitness centre was the worst fitness centre I have ever been too in a hotel. No natural lighting, no wipes, and each time I tried to enter using the room key card, it didn't work, requiring reception having to change the key each time I tried to use the gym. A huge inconvenience. The 'gym' was tiny, with no ventilation and no arm/leg machines and one seat to use free weights. If one other person was in there, it felt crowded. The lighting in the bedrooms was dingy and awful. The rooms on floor 1 were overlooked by private residents so little privacy, not that it helped in any case with the lighting. There wasn't even a desk lamp in the room, making it hard to do any work in comfort.
