Hilton London Islington

Staff really very friendly and very helpful. When I arrived I was so tired - the receptionist very kindly gave me early check in and late check out too. Hotel amazing and spotless. In a great area too. Going to book to stay again.

Convenient central London stay

Liked: Great location; friendly staff; quick and easy check-in / check-out; very nice breakfast - lots of variety.
Disliked: Room was ground floor: single window just looked out onto a concrete wall and bins. Very little natural light, even with curtains fully open. Made the room feel quite oppressive. This particular room was not quite worth the price paid in our opinion.

Convenient but mis leading

Liked: The hotel is a central location for conferences at the business centre and a short walk from the tube. The reception staff were friendly as where the bar and breakfast staff. Good breakfast selection
Disliked: I was located on the ground floor, and whilst the room was clean it was run down and a bit grubby. Stains on the walls, curtains, carpet etc. The room interior didn't match the appearance of the lobby, reception and bar. The pillows were crap with no structure to them. Air con only went to 18 even though it was roasting hot.

Disliked: The room was unbearably hot and of course you can’t open a window to get any air.
