Staff really very friendly and very helpful. When I arrived I was so tired - the receptionist very kindly gave me early check in and late check out too. Hotel amazing and spotless. In a great area too. Going to book to stay again.

Liked: We had great service as soon as we arrived from the very pleasant Adam and that continued for our 2 night stay.
Disliked: I would have liked slippers in the bedroom.

Exceptional

Fantastic location but quite pricey...

Liked: The property was decent, nice restaurant area for breakfast and the room was generally fine. The breakfast was very decent and all of the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. The location is great surrounded by restaurants, cafes and opposite bus and tube.
Disliked: The room was fine but the bathroom wasn’t the best. The towel rack was still just about functioning but was broken, the extractor fan was very dusty, and there was what looked like mould in the shower. The air-con wasn’t the strongest but sufficient. Everything was ‘fine’, but for £250 a night would maybe expect a bit better.

Liked: nice room for what we paid. Easy check in, good location for us.
Disliked: The bed was really uncomfortable, cheap thin mattress and very creaky bed. Not a good nights sleep for two people.
