Staff really very friendly and very helpful. When I arrived I was so tired - the receptionist very kindly gave me early check in and late check out too. Hotel amazing and spotless. In a great area too. Going to book to stay again.
Liked: Beautiful hotel in a beautiful area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would visit again and highly recommend.

overpriced and requiring update.
Liked: I only had a master switch to the twin room I was staying in with my daughter. Which meant in the night when I needed to use the bathroom my choices were full lights on, and wake my daughter or walk round an unfamiliar room in the dark and risk injury. I went for the latter and almost had an accident. Not ideal.Upon arrival we had issues with the wi-fi, I explained to the concierge we were unable to load the menu due to poor wi-fi, they were sending a menu up but everything took too long and the chef ended up leaving around 9.40 - in the end I went to bed without dinner - as only pizza could be offered.Lastly - we had looked forward to watching a film in our room - but the tvs were unable to connect to any of our apps nor were we able to access any apps from the tv. It was a dinner-less, movie-less evening, making for a memorable evening for all the wrong reasons.
Disliked: The lights, tv, lack of wi-fi and the incredibly loud air con. Only saving grace was the lovely staff that greeted me at reception and the convenience of it's location to the trade show. At the end of the day the stay didn't match the brand expectations, nor the price.

Overbooked
Liked: Hilton did their best to compensate not having a room at check in.
Disliked: We were told at check in there were no rooms available. They overbooked! We were exhausted and they paid for us to go to another Hilton 15 minutes away. The check in person said the rooms weren’t up to standard, no water, electricity. Untruthful. Anyway, Hilton comped is the first night and upgraded our room the remaining nights. They also gave 25% off each night. It still was inconvenient but Hilton pleased us with the comps. Who overbooks? Hilton or Booking?

Disliked: Hard bed, few little niggles, no bath plug, sink plug didn't work. Smell of sewage from grill on floor in eating area.

I never met such amazing...
Liked: The staff was excellent! I have to give a special thanks to Saif who was very helpfull and friendly. Chef Ben for the lovely talk at breakfast and for making sure my food request was taken care of and also checking the next day how it was. Receptionist George really went all the way helping me out with some issues regarding my room and the coffee machine. All staff members took time to chat and ask how I was and if I needed anything. Really exceptional. Besides that, the room was very comfortable, much space, a good bed and a clean and large bathroom. I was visiting London to attend an exhibition at the Islington’s Business Design Centre and it is just a few steps from the hotel. Around the hotel there are many restaurants, barbershops and shops etc. I felt safe in the area.
