Staff really very friendly and very helpful. When I arrived I was so tired - the receptionist very kindly gave me early check in and late check out too. Hotel amazing and spotless. In a great area too. Going to book to stay again.

Disliked: Our room smelt vaguely of stale cigarette smoke or similar but this disappeared when we opened the window.

Liked: The beds were comfortable and reception staff were nice.
Disliked: Breakfast was manic and not great quality. The kettle in the room was dirty and the sink seemed blocked and extremely slow to drain

Liked: Good location Clean friendly staff went the exact mile for the husbands 60th with balloons and cake in the room.
Disliked: The usb charging plugs didn’t work in the room.

Stress free, relaxing and enjoyable

Liked: Its location particularly and high ratings. Also I have allergies and food intolerances and the hotel is very accommodating with making sure my room was just right for me.
Disliked: A very tiny quibble, the plates at breakfast were cold. But that’s just a tiny detail.

Just a bit tired

Liked: Great location for attending Sadlers Wells. Great discount on car park. Great weekend rate.
Disliked: Room was cold as the heater/air-conditioning didn't appear to be working. The bathroom floor was freezing and we couldn't work the lights other than all on or all off.
