Staff really very friendly and very helpful. When I arrived I was so tired - the receptionist very kindly gave me early check in and late check out too. Hotel amazing and spotless. In a great area too. Going to book to stay again.

The was no hot water...

Liked: The property was fine.
Disliked: We could check in although we arrive after 6pm. We weee told it was due to a private event. The was no hot water when it was my turn to have a shower.

Great location for us.

Disliked: Only complaint was that bottled water wasn’t provided daily. If we asked at the front desk we got it immediately. Staff were very efficient and friendly. Very accommodating.

Disliked: The air conditioner made a continuous noise for the entire duration of the stay.Two of the staff had a loud argument outside the door early in the morning.
