With 398 guest rooms which includes executive rooms and stylish suites for the ultimate in luxury the hotel also offers guests a whole host of amenities. Along with an onsite gym fitness lovers can take advantage of the running and walking trails in the parklands around the hotel or enjoy a meal snack or drink in one of the three OXBO dining experiences which are available from early morning until late at night. The hotel features an OXBO Café OXBO Bar and OXBO Kitchen each offering their own distinct menu - but all offering responsibly sourced comforting and generous dishes. The hotel has extensive conference events and meeting facilities with 15 meeting rooms which can easily accommodate numbers from one to 300. Thought Hotel was lovely, staff...

Liked: Room was well appointed and comfortable, Breakfast location was lovely overlooking a kitchen garden with a pond and ducks! Food was good quality and plentiful, staff were very attentive to everyone's needs.T4 location was excellent and would always stay here when flying into the UK
Disliked: Not much not to like

Liked: Good position and friendly staff . Nice room with tea and coffee facilities.
Disliked: Price of breakfast . Bar/restaurant like an aeroplane hanger !

Superb

Liked: Such a great location between all the terminals made it so easy to get around. Also had underground train to London Staff were lovely and helpful

Best airport hotel I've tried so far.

Liked: Dare I say it, best hotel I've stayed in at a UK airport so far. Actually felt like a hotel rather than a glorified waiting room. Very spacious and well laid out. Staff very friendly on arrival and offered plenty of assistance. Room was nice and clean with plenty of room and a comfortable bed. Price wise, I booked a room with dinner and breakfast included and that worked out very sensible as the dinner allowance is 30 each on food and it cost me less than 60 to upgrade so I'm glad I took that option. Drinks are extortionate but I suppose that is par for the course given the location. All in all, anytime we fly from heathrow this will be where we stay.
Disliked: One little complaint. There was something banging all evening, maybe a door but sounded like a speaker being plugged in and making that low base thud. Felt it right through the room and woke me up a couple times.
