Disliked: Dinner was not delivered for an hour after ordering. Apparently the order was lost. The kitchen and restaurant staff are not empowered to solve customer problems. The kitchen was disorganized. No one knew when the order would be ready and gave vague, generic platitudes instead of corrective action. It is more than poor training - I think it is evidence of dull minded corporate penny pinching. Two restaurants are shown in the website and in signs in the hotel but the Indian restaurant doesn't exist - just an empty room.

Top-notch, high-quality stay at Hilton...

Liked: The Hilton T5 really made the grade this time with a top-notch quality stay. The wait to check in was tediously long, and we were offered complimentary breakfast as compensation. Breakfast itself was first rate. We were given vouchers for a free bar drink during our stay. Nearly all the staff were courteous, friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The bar steward could have made more effort to hide his dislike for his job.

Good room but a terrible...

Liked: The room and facilities are very good.
Disliked: We came off a ten hour flight and was woken at 8pm by a member of staff working on a room door. Constant banging. Now this morning the room attendant has banged the same door consistently, rather than wedge it open while cleaning. My wife asked them to step, they seemed oblivious that guests want a quiet space. It was still going on after speaking to them. I spoke with the front desk, they said they’d contact me. They did not. Contacted HiltonHotels on X, they said it was an internal hotel issue. A dreadful end to an otherwise perfect holiday.

Disliked: Drinking water availability is not convenient for Indian like us . Too expensive !
