Disliked: Water was not safe for kids even though they said it was Shower doors are dangerous our 7 year old got her fingers pinched No pool Just a hot tub they wouldn’t let kids into No one cared They didn’t have our reservation They said it was your fault and your a crappy outfit That charged us for two rooms although they said we could have an extra bed in a correspondence that I had proof of but they denied it Two adults a 7 and a 4 year old We could have slept on the two twin bedsWould not help us to get hold of you They wouldn’t answer your calls to them We made a complaint to you but have not heard back I hope you are reading this and will help us recoup some costs They should refund at least one room We came very close to not having enough money to finish our vacation Allan Hague

Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: The shower was over the bath. The bath was high.We asked to be changed to a walk in they gave a disabled room.Not what we were after.We moved back to the original room.They could not even provide a slip Matt.Lot dissatisfied with this experience.Thank youCarol

Liked: Food was excellent, service superb.
Disliked: WE were very disappointed with the wait time and courtesey of the driver on the H5H fromthe airport to the hotel
