OK convenient for T5

Liked: There is a hoppa bus (for a small fee) to and from T5, which is convenient. Parking is available on site
Disliked: The bar is not a hotel amenity but a separate business concession. They added a service charge on our drinks even though we bought them at the bar and received zero service. What is happening to Hilton? It is not as good as it was.

Liked: Food was good. Room was clean and large.
Disliked: Location is quite far from airport.

Large, Comfortable, Clean & Soundproofed Rooms

Liked: Large, Comfortable & Clean Bedrooms. Very well sound proofed Bedrooms, even with planes flying overhead every few minutes, you couldn't hear them in the room. Very Tasty food. Great Location. Friendly Staff. Room Service was very quick. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.
Disliked: The long queue at Reception when I arrived. It took over 20 minutes to reach the desk. More staff needed. The internal phone line to Room Service was very poor, as I could hardly hear the staff member talk it was very feint. I had to ring twice, as the first staff member put the phone down on me after he asked me for my room number. Maybe he couldn't hear me either??? The Coffee/Tea mugs in the room were too small, but luckily I had brought my own mug, as this seems to be the case in a lot of Hotels.
