Good start to the holiday

Disliked: The power for lights was not switched on when we arrived.There was no explanation as to how to get them working. Lots of unnecessary fiddling in the dark trying to get them to work.

Liked: Nice good bar.
Disliked: Lift broken. No signs to the stairs and staff didn’t come to help the queues. Our lights did not work in a deluxe room. We should get a part refund on this deluxe room. We requested reception they be repaired but nobody came. In the end we were exhausted so just had to go to sleep and manage.
