Perfect stay for an early...

Liked: So convenient to a flight out very early in the morning, the eateries are good as is the room.
Disliked: Just the pillows.

Lousy shower and dismissive staff.

Liked: Shower was lukewarm at best. I was charged a fee for paying in U.S. dollars and not told ahead of time about the charge. When I realized it they refused to credit my charge and do it again in pound sterling to avoid the charge. Nor would they credit my account for the fee or apply it at my next stay on Sep 6. Staff was very dismissive.
Disliked: See above comments. Hot water for one. And credit my exchange fee.
