Perfect stay for our 6...

Liked: This was our second visit after Hilton dealing with our feedback very well. This experience was perfect for our anniversary, they went above and beyond to make sure this time we felt looked after, this time we used the bar area and breakfast facilities and they were lovely, and the decor and service was to a very high standard. Each employee acknowledged us and make sure we had everything we needed. The room was an upgrade from the previous time, and it was a really beautiful room, spacious and cool. The team at Hilton also went above and beyond with our requests, and they decorated the room free of charge for our anniversary and I thought this was a very nice touch. It’s the little things. The reception lady was very helpful when I wanted to pay extra to upgrade our room on the last night, and the hotel itself is close enough to restaurants, train stations, shops to walk, so you don’t need a car. However we did bring our car, and the parking area was good and under shelter. We also had breakfast, and the variety is great and caters to everyone. Overall very pleased with our stay, and we had the perfect time away for our anniversary.

Liked: Spacious and well thought out room. Fastidious housekeeping. Excellent shower. Comfortable bed.Very helpful staff.
Disliked: Not much. Could do with a dedicated drop off point for check in rather than just " walk from across the car park".
