Liked: Location was perfect as we stayed for the marathon. we upgraded our room for the bigger bed which was perfect

Perfect location, friendly helpful staff...

Liked: There was a problem with the linen, but it was quickly resolved. The room was very comfortable with a good choice of tea and coffee. Lovely breakfast.
Disliked: The problem with the linen.

We had a super stay...

Liked: Very friendly reception and bar staff.Great location. Really lovely breakfast with plenty of choice.
Disliked: We had an executive room which was clean and nice large comfy bed. We think the decor of the bedroom could do with a little brightening up.

Disliked: Bed was hard and too firm, and couple of marks not cleaned properly on bed when arrived.
