Very good choice

Liked: Very nice location in a business area, very well connected with center of London, quiet and clean with impressive views. Very good breakfasts, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room with absolutely fantastic bed.

Severe back pain bed lowered...

Liked: Location was lovely
Disliked: Manager and staff very disappointed I traveled 3 and half hours and arrived to check in early hours of the morning, bed was small and so low I had severe back pain and sleepless night and needed to be up first thing in the morning called the manager she was not helpful at all didn’t want to no and didn’t go above and beyond for us which Hilton I expected so much more I’m so disappointed as the first time I came the staff were exceptional! this time round it put me off to return
