Liked: Booked purely for a night away and everything, from quick check in, sweets for the kids on arrival, complimentary soft toys in the room, fabulous clean room, wonderful breakfast, awesome swimming pool and fantastic staff made this a perfect getaway.
Disliked: Couldn't fault anything

Liked: As a wheelchair user the hotel is very accessible. Staff in foyer extremely helpful.
Disliked: I would suggest that the room info online needs to be clearer. I booked an accessible room with a photo of the accessible bathroom with a roll in shower. I was given a room with a bath and was told this was an accessible room with a bath. Staff willingly changed the room to one I booked and needed whilst I went out. Concierge had moved my case into the new room by the time I got back. Clarification is needed as to different accessible rooms. If a room with an accessible shower had not been available this would have left me with some issues.

Liked: The pool and the breakfeast are really good the minibar is really good there is a good personal and there is a big menu room service works a lot which makes it easier thank you for all the things you brought us!
Disliked: N o window ,drill sound for 2 days straight ,no view and there was not a lot of light btw the lights sometimes work sometimes not . Everything else is really good thank you we enjoyed our stay!

Incredible comfort, lovely staff

Liked: Greeting at reception was fabulous, easy, glass of prosecco and coincided with the restaurant giving out delicious canapes... Incredibly comfortable bed and quiet room, delicious breakfast.
Disliked: There is currently exterior refurb work going on, but they were magicians at not disturbing our stay. I have never slept in a quieter London room
