Disliked: The building is under construction: you have no view out of windows.you feel locked up

Liked: Everything was generally good except the construction that was going on. Also the staff atcreception especially Noor khan was exceptional with all the help he extended to us.
Disliked: We had double booked without knowing that a family room had 2 bedrooms , this should be made clearer on all your sites . We now only have the opportunity to use the money paid for the unused room within 6 months. It's so unlikely that we will travel again to London within the next 6 months - it wouldn't have been a big deal for you to release the room credit the amount back to us especially considering it was peak season for you but your reservations team was adamant and really not that helpful. Your reservations desk on the other hand especially Noor khan tried his best. Wish you could have had a better approach to this .

Liked: The hotel was clean, staff members Sandeep and joseph were great!
Disliked: Problems with our key card to get into our rooms, every time we needed to get into our rooms there was a issue where we had to go back down to reception and a member of staff would have to come with us to let us in. Was a nightmare when we had things booked like attractions and dinner reservations!

Superb

Liked: The location is excellent, being short walks from the underground, river bank and Tate Modern. Rooms are comfortable, well equipped and spacious and we also made good use of the swimming pool. Staff are courteous and very helpful
Disliked: There is ongoing construction work at the hotel and although work doesn’t start until around 9am on week days, the noise can be intrusive
