A lovely wedding anniversary stay

Liked: Our room was very nice and the bed was comfortable, we slept well. The bathroom was beautiful as was the shower. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The whole feel of the hotel was very nice. Breakfast was very tasty. We had a lovely plate with a cake and congratulations written on it for our wedding anniversary which really was the cherry on top of our stay.
Disliked: I was surprised that there was no coffee machine in the room, most 4 and 5 star hotels have these. On one occasion I asked for fresh towels that never turned up.

Liked: The staff were very friendly at all times of day. We received a welcome soft toy fox the first night, play pack and the use of fox blanket - that we had to buy as my daughter fell in love with it. The swimming pool facilities were excellent. Breakfast was excellent. Housekeeping came every evening to do a turn down service / need anymore towels.Marcel was very friendly welcoming us on arrival and every day through our stay.Mitchell was equally friendly to me and my daughter. I have already recommended the hotel to friends & family. Prefect location next to the tube to get around.
Disliked: The fridge in the room was noisy
