Staff really very friendly and very helpful. When I arrived I was so tired - the receptionist very kindly gave me early check in and late check out too. Hotel amazing and spotless. In a great area too. Going to book to stay again.
Liked: Beautiful hotel in a beautiful area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would visit again and highly recommend.

Liked: The tv and bed thats it
Disliked: The shower was blocked so no water was draining so disgusting. Also whilst my partner was having breakfast, he was accosted and accused of not having a room booked.

Liked: Breakfast was very good although the air conditioning made the dining room quite chilly.
Disliked: Room was smaller than anticipated.

Disliked: Very little available space to sit and relax or have a coffee other than bar

Great location and breakfast.
Liked: Breakfast was fantastic. The beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: There was a lot of noise from the next door room at 2am.There was no plug provided for the bath. We had to call maintenance to fit one.

Liked: The hotel was in a perfect location for our trip to London. The hotel had excellent facilities and a very helpful and friendly staff.
Disliked: Nothing.

Perfect place to stay before...
Liked: Location-Close to Angel tube. Great area with lots of great shops and restaurants. Accessible- we had a wheelchair user in are family and not issues at all
Disliked: Only one pillow provided, personal preference but would have been more comfortable with 2. Card machine issues when checking in and then when I later queried breakfast I was told I hadn’t paid which I had proof I had. Maybe be due inexperienced staff member.
