Liked: The staff went out of their way to move us to another room after we had a problem. As usual the Hilton breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: A very smoky smell in our first room.

Liked: The location. Right outside the heart of the city centre and shopping. The room was spotless, lovely shower and facilities. Comfortable bed. Lots of space. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Some parts of the breakfast could have been more hot. Eg the hash browns and beans could have been more hot but no other faults at all. Lovely stay
