The hotel itself was nice, but their employees need to learn how to speak to the guests, especially when you're paying almost $300 for one night to lay your head!

Liked: Clean rooms and very close to Rupp Arena for concerts.
Disliked: The guy at the counter that checked us in told us that if we were too loud, we would be "Bounced Out" of the hotel!

Extremely expensive stay only because...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Toilet didn’t flush correctly, tub didn’t drain so every shower standing in water (so gross) sink was broken and cold was hard to turn on. Restaurant opened late and closed way to early.

Great walking distance to red...

Liked: I like that the hotel was walking distance from The Red Mile for a concert.
Disliked: The hotel took out a 847.00$ hold and a $50 hold off my debt card for 4 days! My hotel cost 714$ after they added a ton of extra changes when I thought my stay would be $589 which was my total on the website. The bathrooms was so small that 1 person could get in at a time. The service people rushed us in and out wasn’t friendly for the cost of this hotel I should have got more bang for my buck.

We probably won’t have another...

Liked: Very convenient location!
Disliked: Our room smelled like mildew. The toilet handle had to be held down awhile to flush all the way. The lever to turn the shower on was hard to pull & the water pressure was really bad. The refrigerator door wouldn’t stay shut so the fridge wouldn’t stay cold. The air is the room was not cold so the room stayed too warm. I expected more from a Hilton facility.

Liked: Coffee shop, location
Disliked: Room temps were not regulated, very hot and sticky in our room. Bad smoky mildew smell from vent. Pool and hot tub not very clean. The cost for the hotel was not aligned with the quality.

Liked: The property is well located and overall clean but the room had a very strong smell of mildew which is probably due to lack of ventilation in the bathroom. There is no way to ventilate the room, no opening to the outside so it was very stuffy and felt gross.
