The hotel itself was nice, but their employees need to learn how to speak to the guests, especially when you're paying almost $300 for one night to lay your head!

Liked: Clean rooms and very close to Rupp Arena for concerts.
Disliked: The guy at the counter that checked us in told us that if we were too loud, we would be "Bounced Out" of the hotel!

Disliked: The room price, cleanliness, and additional charges are ridiculous. For the cost I shouldn't see dust and crumbs in the room and parking should be covered.

The only positive thing about...

Liked: We loved the convenience of how close the hotel is to the Rupp arena.
Disliked: The elevators were slow, we had to wait way to long for an elevator. The rooms were ok, the beds were uncomfortable. Staff at the front desk were not very friendly, acting like we were a bother while checking in.

Liked: Location was great for going to Rupp. You can walk over under a covered area.It was very clean and the staff was very nice!Loved the pillows!!!!
Disliked: The thermostat was set at 60 and the room was freezing, we turned it up to 80 and it never warmed up after awhile we just turned it off and it was more comfortable. The phone charger next to the bed didn't work.

Disliked: Shocking coffee facilities - was pod machine, no coffee bods, no spoons to stir; no clarity on service; had to scan a code to find out the WIFI which was annoying.
