It would have been nice...
Liked: The room was a nice size and the bed was very comfortable
Disliked: The room was advertised as having tea and coffee machine, slipper and a dressing gown provided, none of this was available. The breakfast was very poor value, ordering the Breakfast on the first with a repeat of the same on subsequent days, the only continuity I received with the breakfast was the toast was stone cold every day, all other item turned up different each day. Moving a bedside cabinet to plug in a laptop I found empty biscuit packets and other food debris, the speaker in the bath room did not function, this was reported to reception and all instruction from them did not remedy the issue. On the second day me and a couple of other residents got stuck in a lift for approximately one hour until an engineer could attend site, the compensation for this was a £3 bottle of lager.

Freezing cold
Liked: Room was freezing asked repeatedly for this too be sorted brought a small radiator up very poor as we work outdoors in this poor weather we where very disappointed

Bad service and bad attitude
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Heating didn?t work, staff rude. For that price I?d rather stay at premier inn.Offered to give me more blankets for the heating.

Wonderful stay!
Liked: The property was clean and my stay was extremely comfortable!
Disliked: It took a while to check-in as there was only one member of staff at the time and someone was making a complaint, but other than that the stay was perfect.
