Liked: Central to everything and easy to find after travelling up from Hampshire. All the staff were really friendly and very professional. The rooms were very clean,tea/coffee,iron,ironing board and all the toiletries are provided.
Disliked: Was surprised that there wasn’t a little/mini fridge in room to keep the bottled water/drinks nice and cold.

Liked: The location, room size was decent.
Disliked: There is a horrific sewage smell when you enter the hotel they try to cover with a scent.They also never refunded me my £50 room deposit and there wasn’t any reason for them not to. Very disappointing.

Liked: Comfortable beds and pillows and location was great
Disliked: As soon as you entered from street level, there was a strong smell of sewers. Everyone was commenting on it. Lots of work going on in the restaurant and bar area but hadn’t been advised of this in advance.Noisy hotel, could hear everything from corridors and being situated near the lift made it worse.Our bedroom was so hot and nothing to turn it down to cool.
