Passable

Liked: Great location for Lake Las Vegas.
Disliked: We upgraded for a room with a lake view and it had a view of a tent. I had made these reservations several months in advance and was very disappointed.

Bitter for the service but...

Liked: We like the facilities in general
Disliked: We didn’t get our room serviced. When we got back from a long day at 10pm we find the room exactly how we left it in the morning. We call front desk and we were told that they were busy and short of personal and that’s why they couldn’t serviced the room. Also that we supposed to tell them if we want our room to be serviced. But… the person next morning was ver helpful and gave us a discount for the inconvenience. Beside the fire alarm when off 3 times during our stay. At 4 am (the worst). At 7 am and at 10 pm when we returned

Disappointing

Liked: I like the view, the quiet, the pool
Disliked: The bathroom was dirty it's was a lot of hair on the bathtub and blood stains, the air conditioner of the room wasn't working properly it was to hot in there, I booked a room for 4 people and only got water and room supplies for two, towels and others things Also there was a really bad smell on the entrances

Aesthetically beautiful but uneventful except...

Liked: Beautiful location
Disliked: Emergency alert alarms went off throughout both nights so no sleep for me. No hot water in the tub and could not be fixed without turning off water in entire complex..Beautiful location but the village is underutilized... It was so dead and uneventful that I more than likely would never stay at this location again.

Disliked: The hotel had a bad mildew smell and fountain at entrance was not on

Disliked: Several things1. The fire alarm when off at 4 am and make us go outside at that time and when we were o out to get out of the building we were told ‘never mind’. And then again at 7 am. And they don’t know why the alarm when off. 2. Housekeepers want to clean my room at 7 am. I told them to came back later and they never came back and didn’t clean my room, change towels, give water or make the bed3. At check in they didn’t give me enough information. I was told that I have to tell them if I want my room to be service and clean. I never heard of this !!!4. I never had my vouchers for breakfast and the person hosting us for breakfast didn’t help us much explaining our options and when I asked her response was like if she was bother about it

Very good and will vacation...

Liked: My stay at the Hilton Lakes was a fill in because of mixup by bookings.com never use them again. But as it turned out I should’ve booked my whole vacation at the Hilton Lakes which I will do next year.
Disliked: To short of stay to make judgement

Restful stay in a beautiful...

Liked: The property is beautiful and your staff is stable, friendly, and welcoming. I love the restaurant both in and those around the hotel. Parking is free and available. Your bar room staff were fantastic!
Disliked: We stayed four days and didn’t get room service even once. Garbage was overflowing and we needed clean towels. Last visit we had great service and we were very disappointed this stay.
