Not worth the money, there...

Liked: Room was spacious
Disliked: Room was really dated. The mattresses were so old you could feel the springs in them. The pillows were just mush, no substance to them at all. When I booked I was upgraded to a Lake view, it was more like an oversized pond. The hallways were a mess and it looked like they were trying to fix them as they had filler on all the holes but that made it even more obvious and looked like that filler had been there for some time as it was already chipping off. The carpet in the room and in the hallways was dirty. The village was deserted. There were maybe 2 -3 places open all the rest were for lease. Basically not a thing to do. Also, the pool was closed. I know I am from Canada and when there is sun we want to be by the pool. All the pools on the Strip were open, but not at this place. We left early and found another much nicer place for way less off the strip to end our stay in Las Vegas.

Liked: Excellent breakfast with vouchers and available until 11:30am very convenient for the family.
Disliked: A little long of a walk from parking garage to our room but understandable.

Liked: It's a beautiful hotel, inside and out. The rooms are super cute and the view is amazing.
Disliked: No

Disliked: Restaurant closed for dinner, short staff, did not clean my hotel room

Disliked: The air conditioning was not working so I had to keep the balcony doors open for fresh air.Also, where the dance competition was that I was attending,that area smelled like sewer the whole weekend.

Liked: Rooms were very clean and luxurious. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: No facilities were open. Jacuzzi and pool were closed for the season. Jacuzzi is indoors yet was closed for the season and this was not mentioned on booking.com. The clean photos of the lake are very misleading. The lake is very dirty and full of mosquitoes. Walking around it was very irritating with mosquitos around.

Liked: I liked check in and out in the app
Disliked: False advertising, the main amenity that shows when booking a room for the dates I did was the pool. Joke was on us because the pool isn’t even open until after April. The only reason we came was to swim. I had very disappointed family and children. On top of that, most shops in the little village were closed or not even functioning anymore. And when trying to talk to staff, they don’t give a crap, and just want you to get out of the lobby. I honestly don’t think I would be back, which is really unfortunate.
