Liked: Good bkfast however this time was not included in the rate as it usually is with Hilton chain
Disliked: Asked for a kettle in room promised one but it. Never cameAlso in the pool you could at least 1 lane reserved for lane swimming instead of having all space in the two pools dedicated to screaming kids

Liked: The property was fine but it was packed because of festival that we didn’t know about
Disliked: The front desk when checking in I made a booking for 2 rooms 6 ppl spent about $2k and I added breakfast for all when I got here only 2 ppl were covered why did I pay extra for breakfast and booking.com does nothing about this staff at front didn’t care at all even reading the reservation and seeing it hotel as well need to communicate in English as well they send out these text and it’s all French

Liked: Beautiful Entrance. Great Food. Very friendly Staff
Disliked: Our room felt dirty. Especially the carpets. The coffee machine did not work. The TV only worked some of the time. We had 2 small.children with us and travelled the day of arrival from different time zone and our room was next to the elevator and ice machine so it was not very quiet.
