Don't trust your reservation, they...

Liked: Housekeeping was very nice, as was the maintenance man. That about sums it up.
Disliked: They overbooked, sold our requested room...all they offered was an "upgraded" room, which wasn't much of an upgrade, with a rollaway bed or a pull out couch. We took it because it was late and we were tired (I'd communicated that we'd be late, but before 10:00 p.m.). Miserable night. Next morning they did comp me some, but really put the frosting on the cake by telling me the host the night before SOULD & COULD have moved us next door to their sister 5-star resort for no upcharge. All in all...NOT good. Not sure if the over booking is their fault or Bookings.com's fault.

Lovely location, but mediocre service...

Liked: Location is fantastic, overlooking the Torrey Pines golf course and the ocean. Close to downtown La Jolla.
Disliked: It feels like the hotel is run by people who don't care at all about their facility or their guests. Everything was average at best.

Disliked: Was never informed my room was ready so i waited and waited. I also have still not been given a reciept for my stay and I believe I was overcharged.
