Loved the location and views.
Liked: The views of the golf course and ocean. The courtyards and the pool/hot tub area.
Disliked: The restaurant seemed like it was closed because the lighting was too dimmed.

Nice but a bit overpriced
Liked: We booked a room with the golf course view and costal view. The views were amazing. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very spacious.
Disliked: The parking fee was ridiculously expensive . We were charged 47 dollars a night. The bathtub was clogged and took awhile for the water to go down . The deposit was 100 dollars a night which I found that to be outrageous. It was a bit overpriced.

The hotel was a Zero...
Liked: The exterior landscaping was attractive.
Disliked: This property is beat to hell ! Like so very tired !If you’re a Hilton member and you have free points to use to stay here for free, fine, stay. But it doesn’t change the fact that this hotel is worn and torn. It appears to be stuck in a 1980’s time warp. Also, as you enter the property, you can’t help but notice the mismatched paint colors on the exterior walls. The rooms are handsomely overpriced at $400.00 + a night + taxes, and fees and for what ? No view of the pacific ocean let alone the golf course. Self parking is just shy of $54.00 a night, taxes & fees included. The Hilton La Jolla at Torrey Pines has been riding the waves of the Pacific Ocean and has overstayed its welcome.
