Hilton Knoxville

I probably would not stay there again due to the fact that, even though management came and asked the rude guests to tone down, they never did.

Liked: The room was nice.
Disliked: My son and I had to report guests in room 906 and 908 for fighting, loud music and loud talking. We did not get any much needed sleep all night. Our room numbers where we stayed were 907 and 909.

Great stay; staff was very helpful and smiling. Room was clean and quiet. Very comfortable beds. Would recommend to anyone. Location great to walk to the Tennessee Theater.

Disliked: Parking.

Overall, a huge disappointment. Will never stay here again; probably won't stay at a Hilton again. To me the name Hilton represents high end and classy, but now, I know better. Nothing good to say.

Liked: Starbucks in lobby - however, the line was so long, I couldn't get anything.
Disliked: Paid double the price to stay on the executive floor for a special night. There was no microwave or refrigerator as stated. The bathroom floor was dirty; there was hair in the tub. Went down to the 16th floor to get snacks in the vending area - there was plastic all over the floor and caution tape in the hall. The lights were off or dim, with no sign telling us what was going on, so I wonder if somebody got hurt or died there. The concierge lounge, which was only supposed to be for special guests with a key, was low or out of everything. The water was warm, not cold. The snacks consisted of jalapeno peppers and chips with salsa and cheese slices that had dried out and was hard around the edges. So disappointed. Worst hotel stay ever and I paid extra for the poor place. Wish I could give negative stars. Will never stay here again, and will not recommend it. Go to Motel 6 - it costs less and is probably nicer.

Liked: Very close to Tennessee Theater; friendly desk staff and parking staff.
Disliked: Very poor room service.

Very poorly run and managed.

Disliked: An entire elevator bank was out being worked on during college move in week, the restaurant waiter took over 40 minutes to even acknowledge we were there and come speak with us, the bar was understaffed, and the key cards had to be reset twice.

Good

Liked: OK stay. staff super friendly with great follow up. The Hotel is clearly been around for a while... a little worn down. Room needs upgrading.
Disliked: see above.

Superb

Short and sweet

Liked: The room was large and clean. It was also within perfect walking distance of the venue I was working at.
Disliked: Breakfast was an additional cost. I was not anticipating that and would have planned ahead if I'd realized.
