Hilton Knoxville Airport

This was an amazingly beautiful and clean hotel room. From the bed linens to the decor, it was top notch. Will definitely stay there again!

Liked: Cleanliness and location..
Disliked: Had an absolutely terrible night. We were put in a room that faced the pool. The noise level was extreme. After calling the front desk, I was towed we could not move rooms because the hotel was full. I did explained that the noise coming from the pool was extremely loud, not normal noise and got no real solution.

Convenient and clean with drawbacks

Liked: Can’t beat the location!!Clean. Nice rooms.
Disliked: I’ve stayed a few times and noise has consistently been an issue: trash/delivery trucks outside windows, slamming doors (they don’t seem to have closers that control such events), staff shouting to each other down halls, a/c units in room that buzz and rattle. One visit there was no hot water for shower after arriving on late flight around midnight.
