Disappointed in HILTON! Do better!
Liked: The location of the hotel is ideal for shopping in Country Club Plaza, You can walk to all the shops within ten minutes, just depends on how fast you walk, If you're wanting a little extra challenge for exercise there are a lot of hills that are on the outskirts of the plaza!
Disliked: When we arrived they were having some concrete repaired in the unloading/unloading zone so the Lyft driver had to block the entrance of the parking garage to let us out and 5 days later we checked out the same area was closed off again. The carpet was cleaned in the foyer late on Monday morning when were checking out. They asked us to move out of the way. Two of the elevators were also out of service and the hotel was busy which made for a longer waiting time in line to use it. Stairwells for emergency use only. It seemed that with each passing day there was something going wrong. I found a large shard of glass in front of the closet the day we checked in- vacuum would've picked that up! We had issues with the air conditioner not going off and then not cooling at all after it was "fixed" for two days. I called down to guest services twice about it! I also had to request room cleaning one day after asking the cleaning lady to service our room and dirty utensils and glasses were left on the counter and she didn't vaccuum again!! I found beads on the floor from the previous nights craft activity. Also was disappointed in the lack of customer service at the front desk at check-out. No apology was given by the manager on duty Gave the approval for a refund for one night and $50 for part of a day but, she never made eye contact or addressed us in any way! She did a bit of whispering and looked irritated at the end of the counter with the hotel desk clerk. Never thought taking care of a customer would be such a problem especially when they are polite and respectful in their approach to the staff. I received a text message after I left the property.

Liked: I have stayed at this property in the past and I was glad to see new management.. It was starting to go down hill..
