None of the advertised facilities...

Disliked: Pool was not cleaned. That was the main plan for the family during our stay was to stay by the pool which put a damper in our stay.

Liked: Beautiful and spacious lobby, comfortable beds, and hospitable staff
Disliked: Some of the furnishings were older and wearing.

Liked: Cleanliness and comfort were outstanding
Disliked: There were no ice machines on any floors, very inconvenient. There was only 1 working elevator out of 4 for the weekend. Linens were not enough for our family. There was 3 of us and only 2 towels a day. Had to ask everyday for an extra one.

Disliked: 1 working elevator and an overworked staff did not make the stay comfortable..facilities need an update/refresh/re model .also breakfast should be complimentary considering current level of sercice
