Absolutely wonderful!

Liked: Staff was VERY accommodating. We were traveling with 95 year old mother who needed a "little extra" and they made sure we had everything we needed.
Disliked: It was hard to find the Shuttle pick up zone...not the hotel's fault. It was tricky arranging for the shuttle pick up, again, not the hotel's fault.

Liked: It was clean, the staff was friendly, and the conference facilities were nice.

Liked: The restaurant downstairs was really good, great staff and really good food and beers on staff. Sitting area was great. Outside area was great.
Disliked: Front desk could be helpful, little disappointing at times. Forgetful when asked for additional amenities. Issues with parking at this location- very expensive. Water pipe issues with room next door, woke us up every morning when they showered around 5am with load vibrations of the water pipes. Every morning.

Liked: The housekeeping lady was on top of things. However, the shuttle service from airport was unreliable. I had to call several times to request it and wait more than an hour. The shuttles for all other hotels stopped by several times during that time.
Disliked: Front desk attempted to charge me $50 extra for checking in early. I understand standard check in time is 3 pm but that is the case when hotel is full. If there are rooms unoccupied they should be made available right away. Never heard such thing befor
