Liked: Clean; spacious.
Disliked: Check-in staff unfriendly and unhelpful. Room was cold. The shower water was never hot. The sink ran so long I gave up and brushed my teeth in cold water. There were no robes for the pool. I was told at booking, breakfast was included. Not so. I was told at booking the parking across the street was $10/day. Not true. I expected more from the Hilton.

Everything was very nice and clean and staff very helpful. Probably the best part was how large the suites are. It was so convenient to everything. I will book this hotel again if we are back in Indy.

Liked: The rooms are very large and comfy.
Disliked: 120 West restaurant was way too slow in getting our meal. We could have been late for our concert and we had allowed plenty of time.

Liked: Location, restaurant on site, big room, comfy bed. Staff were nice.
Disliked: Somehow a glitch added my middle name to my last name, so we initially could not find my reservation. The drains we very loud above my bathroom and would go off every few minutes. Not sure if it was a chronic problem or not, but it was distracting.

Liked: Website said free breakfast. Cost me $20. Plus tip. I found out after booking my room that I had pay $59.00 for valley

Disliked: The air conditioner went out and I had no hot water the morning of my departure. I informed the manager and my stay was taking care of by the incovenience.

Liked: Location, parking garage attached, staff was phenomenal, very comfortable room, features though the Hilton app are always a win, great spot for Fever game also
Disliked: Didn’t realize the room didn’t come with a microwave but it was available on request for a fee, I probably just missed that in the description of the room. Tub in the bathroom didn’t look extremely clean.

Liked: We liked the size of the room, the furnishings. Huge tv screen. plenty of work surface
Disliked: The hallway on our floor had this permeating smell, like cats. Our room smelled like smoke. It was so noticeable and pungent. The way there are two sheets on the bed making up the blanket in between is messy. Untuck the bed to get into bed and the entire bed untucks. There is something outdated about the styles, maybe the carpeting..
