I’m happy it was only...

Liked: I liked the lobby and parking.
Disliked: The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms was not on par with pictures. I expected something else having stayed at another property in the area. Our first rooms bathroom was so bad we had to move rooms. The second room was better but the sheets looked unclean and I had to clean the bathroom myself. Carpet needs to be replaced and thorough cleaning should take place.

Disappointing for a Hilton

Liked: Decent location.
Disliked: Elevator was broken, ice machines were broken, fridge was broken, told me to just grab a parking ticket and come back with it the next morning nothing about cost next morning cost me $20…

Not again

Liked: It was conveniently located to where I had to go. Otherwise, it was a disappointment.
Disliked: The elevators were broken. There was only one elevator for something like 20 floors. The hot water was almost impossible to get to come into the shower. The carpets in the hallway needed replacing. It was not a pleasant place.

Liked: Close to MD Anderson.
Disliked: Elevators still not working. We were here end of July and they only had 1 elevator working.Our room was not humid this times, however the AC was extremely loud, something was hitting metal inside condenser.

Liked: Location, close to MD ANDERSON & the shuttle service.
Disliked: Ac wasn't working properly. Lots of humidity in the room and ac vents had condensation. Screaming children running the halls late at night. When we tried calling the front desk, we couldn't get anyone to answer. The elevators weren't working. They had 1 elevator.

Disliked: Only 1 elevator was working. It was difficult to get to the parking garage. The shuttle left us waiting for over an hour at 6:30pm

Liked: I liked that the rooms were clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The elevators and parking lot smelled like marijuana. We went to the pool area and there was a group of people at the pool smoking marijuana so we weren’t able to enjoy the pool.

Liked: It was disappointing,
Disliked: The work desk with phone wasn't clean, asked for a micro-Wave oven it took over 10 hours to receive, no morning coffee, room coffee was terrible, they found bed bugs in the room next to mine? We were there for MD Anderson, my great niece had tumor removed which made the trip successful. For a Hilton hotel wasn't impressed!
