Very disappointed over all.

Liked: It’s located in the medical area
Disliked: The parking was not free. They didn’t even tell me that there was going to be a charge. I found out on my receipt. The fridge in the room was leaking and full of water. The elevators sounded horrible and only had one working for the entire hotel. The hallways smelled horrible. The area feels a little sketchy. The breakfast was almost $20 a person. For it being located in the medical area you would think they’d assume maybe most need a hotel in that area because they need somewhere to stay from having a loved one admitted at the hospital. I had a family emergency with my mother and we had money it but to stay in luxury to afford everything they charged.

Liked: Great location- We walk to the Houston Zoo and did the train and paddle boats and science place- everything is near...And the front desk people were so wonderful
Disliked: Problem with air- room waa too cold in July which may be a good thing
