Liked: The beds was comfortable
Disliked: I didn’t not like the bathroom tube it was very rough on the skin it felt hard and rough it felt like it had paint was peeling off the tub had hair in he tub and the pillows The hideaway couch when pull the coach out had no bedding had hair all on it

Paying for Hilton name but...

Liked: Staff at front desk are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with a lot of options to choose. Good and safe area to walk around. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: The hotel has nice pictures that are not really the same as actual hotel. The main things was the pool was not working and all area is under maintenance. And that was nowhere mentioned when I booked the room. Also staff did not informed me abut that when I got confirmation, I would have canceled it and booked another hotel, because swimming pool was my main requirement. Room is clean but still needs a bit more improvement there. In general all equipment and draws are old and wobbly. Was given the wrong room in the beginning, but changed after complaint. For this money in Europe can get a very good 5 star hotel. Here just paying for Hilton name, but not quality.

Disliked: There wasn't anything that we didn't like.

Disliked: I had a one bedroom suite. It got very warm in the bedroom area during the night. There needs to be another vent in the bedroom area.

Liked: The convenience of being near the hospital.
Disliked: A little costly for a Monday night.

Disappointing. Not worth the price...

Liked: The localization was good
Disliked: There were construction work. Very noisy, no access to the pool.The fitness was very small and some equipment broken.The breakfast buffet is ok but not amazing by any standard and everything was always missing.The elevator are always crowded and it takes forever to get down.My coworker had a water leak in her room. The knock on the door at 8:30pm and made a quick fix. Until there all good. 1h later they came back while she was sleeping, woke her up and destroyed the complete bathroom wall with a sledge hammer. They didn't consider changing her room for another 1h30min. They brought a chariot for the luggage and didn't even helped her moving her stuff to the other room. The problem is not the situation but really how they handled it.All in all, between the just ok breakfast, the poor condition of the hotel combined with terrible service, this hotel is a disappointment and definitely not worth the price.
