It was ok.

Liked: I loved the location. I had heart surgery and it was 5min from where I needed to go. Getting there was super easy. The place was beautiful.
Disliked: I didn't like that right before we got there they said my reservation was canceled because my card didn't go through. It was a mistake I had it off not realizing but it literally tried to pull one time I never received a call or anything and to just automatically cancel was very upsetting even when I called that I was coming to check in later than 4pm. So they knew I was coming. I was given a room but for 225 when I was on a budget for my heart surgery. My original room was 160. It was upsetting. Then our beds were so uncomfortable so for that 225 I think yall should invest in new beds for what yall charged me I was up all night cause it was so lumpy and I kept rolling into the center. Our bath towels also smelled moldy and old.

Disliked: The ducts inn my room was full of dust and mold, which greatly affected my daughter and husband's allergies. I spookecw the front desk manager. She made minor adjustments to my bill. The excessive build up of dust in the vents and moldy towel placed nvent
