Liked: Short wall to ocean
Disliked: Booking a ocean view and getting put in a resort view them getting changed to ocean view with no ocean view then getting lied to about waiting for room to be cleaned only to get a call saying I had to get a key at 353 because the door was never programmed Rude staff no towels in room refrigerator broken Hated this happen it was my favorite place

Disliked: The elevator was not working and we were on the 3rd floor of building A.

Liked: Good pool. Good beach access.
Disliked: Could not find wifi router because it was pushed back on the book shelf under the TV. You should have a picture of it in the welcome packed for easier identification. The staff just said it was under the TV. There were two other devices under the TV. Did not know which device they meant. The electrical receptacles in the bed room are too far from the night stand. Need to be moved within 1' from the night stands.Kept banging my leg on the bed frame. Need to get a better design that does not have a sharp corner.Only one side of the building has the building number on it. Could not find our building at night in the pouring rain. Should have the building letter on both wings of the building.

Liked: The close proximity to the beach.The speediness of fixing the AC.
Disliked: I did not like the elevator being out of service. The AC unit went out our second night there. There are no ceiling fans and the temperature became 85° at night. I also did not like the size of the TV or the internet speed.

Liked: One room was clean and updated, the second room was good
Disliked: The people blamed the mixup on Booking, one night in one room, and the second night in another room. I was told check out was 10 and I had to pack up and load my car up, and wait till the room was cleaned the next day. I spoke to the cleaning people, and they said they would be done cleaning by noon. I went to the front desk and they could have NOT cared less, offered nothing.. then they called me at 3;22, and said the room was ready, when check in was 3, again said nothing. No one at Beach and Tennis club went out of their way to accommodate their guests. As we have stayed there before with pretty much the same cavalier attitude I believe I will look elsewhere for accommodations. This being the second time I have critiqued with not even a response, I know NO ONE reads these, it’s really too bad.

Beautiful resort

Liked: Loved the pool, beach,and room was comfortable. Beautiful area. Quiet. Family friendly. Parking was great. Great location close to putt putt golf and grocery store. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: Our condo room was located on the 3rd floor. The elevator was out of order and seemed to be for a long time. We had to carry a lot of stuff to the third floor. It was exhausting. Will never do that again. When I checked in at front the person working seemed annoyed and was abrupt. I wouldn't say a friendly welcome. The pool was nice but crowded. A lot of people were drinking alcohol and it was apparent. Restaurant on site was ok. Expensive for food quality.We only ate there once.
