Positive experience. Great staff.

Liked: Our room itself was a nice Hilton room. We did get a room with an ocean view which was amazing. This is a huge resort with a wide range of room and suite offerings. Large range of shopping right on sight.

Mega resort that must be...

Liked: It is quite an experience to stay in a resort with close to 3,400 rooms, 19 restaurants, 6 pools, a lagoon and beach access, all in downtown Waikiki. Our son loved it and that seems the whole point of such a big resort.
Disliked: The flip side of the enormous size is that all soul has gone out of the resort and value for money is poor. We paid a fortune per night and you still have pay a resort fee to get wifi, and the rate is without breakfast.

Thank you Hawaii for an...

Liked: The staff and people were wonderful
Disliked: I had two double beds in my room in the Ali'i Tower. For the price I paid, which was expensive, I should have had a king sized bed or two queen sized beds because it was an additional fee to be in this Tower. The food at the resort was priced higher than it was worth. Example, a hamburger and fries for 21.00 was ridiculous to me.

Overpriced, not at all worth...

Liked: The room was spacious due to the beds being very small.
Disliked: Most of the staff are dealing with thousands of people and so are not genuinely happy to serve. The room was dirty, with the bathroom glass door having what I assume are toothpaste splatters all over it, looking like it hadn?t been cleaned in a very long time. The toilet did not flush. And the room service arrived in a plastic bag like takeaway. There was no complementary water, not a single drink to be had.

Disliked: Beds were uncomfortable. Short pool hours. Not enough hot tubs. No enforcement of keeping numbers and little Kids out of hot tubs.
