Aside from not being able to cool the room down past 70 degrees, this place was great. Clean, comfortable. When we arrived our room was not ready, so they upgraded us! A little bit of a walk from the parking garage to check in, but they comp your parking!
Liked: Incredible value.
Disliked: Room was hot.

Disliked: better beds like comfortablitiy I got a room with queen beds but instead was giving a room with full size beds:( is was my birthday and it coulda been a better experience for sure. 1st time at the Hilton and probably my last. I'm only 1 person bt my opinion should count.

Liked: Close to city island
Disliked: No microwave in my room, the food area in hotel was closed for my entire stay, ordered room service and got french toast for breakfast, but taste was nowhere close to french toast, their eggs and toast was good tho...so happy I got that, homeless people nearby, overall I was disappointed with entire stay

Liked: Drove to Harrisburg, PA for a Labor Day cookout with a few of my cousins and we decided to stay the night. I found a very good rate on the hotel. How could one go wrong at the Hilton! Plus, it was smack dab where there was plenty to eat and drink!
Disliked: The 2 things that stuck out for me was one of the elevators not working due to upgrades. It slowed down everything. Lastly, its the cleanliness in me, but our room phone was completely dusty. It looked like it had not been wiped down in weeks!

It was nice to be...
Liked: Beds were comfy. Room was clean. Parking was convenient and property was well cared for.
Disliked: No free continental breakfast, no hot tub, and we had to pay extra for a cot. I reserved a room for my family of five and it only had 3 sets of towel. Front desk staff was effective but not friendly. Mostly, there was not much to do in Harrisburg over Labor Day weekend. We ate at the Ad Lib. Good music, food was good but portions were on the small side for the cost.

Going in style - stay...
Liked: Loved the executive lounge. The snacks, desserts, and lovely breakfast with a cappuccino. Cannot say enough about this service. Well worth the upgrade.
Disliked: Nothing. We had a perfect time.
