Average - comfy bed, good...

Liked: Location as we attended Convention Center
Disliked: The extra charges applied - legally the guest should have a choice. We only used wi-fi / didnt need to. 2 little PET water bottles for $30 a day!!!Hard sell into a clubNo physical spa menu - only an annoying QR codeNo kettle to make tea No instruction for coffee machineNo rose wine at pool bar (one of the most popular wines globally)

Superb

Liked: Have everything you need, very clean, very comfortable.
Disliked: I needed to take one night more because my flight was at 11 p.m, I asked who much I needed to pay and it was much higher than to order for a night with booking so that's what I needed, but I needed to wait 1 hour (it was on 23:00) until they can see the order and save me the room, than again to out a deposit, so I went once more to my room to bring my credit card..instead I think they can approve it and take the same amount.

A comfy, serene and beautiful...

Liked: The rooms were spacious and comfy. The washer/dryer and dishwasher were an unexpected but appreciated surprise after camping at the bottom of the Grand canyon for 5 days!
Disliked: Nothing. Everything was perfect.

It’s a good quiet vacation...

Liked: It was a good location, property is quite nice.
Disliked: Can’t find any negative about the hotel.
