Great hotel for families stopping...

Liked: Great big suite with washing machine and a full kitchen. Also the swimming pools are nice and the staff is super helpful and friendly. For a road trip in the us this is a great stop to wash everything and relax
Disliked: It’s at the end of the strip, so still a long way to most of the action

Liked: We liked the fact that we had a full kitchen. It was nice in the morning since the breakfast in the market wasn't great. It was also nice to have onsite laundry. The pool was great and quiet in the morning.
Disliked: The location on the North strip wasn't great. The food options were limited, so we had to go offsite. At check-in, we were asked if we wanted to participate in a 90-minute presentation about the Hilton Vacation Club. I really didn't care for it.

Disliked: The electronic roller blind in the second bedroom was not working. We asked to fix it but it was not fixed. The staff did not offer any update nor explanation.

I hate how they searched...

Liked: I got there at 10:28. They said they could not serve me because it was almost 1030. They would not serve me breakfast and had no kind of input where to get poor personality on staff.
Disliked: Put some effort towards saying where to get breakfast and at least smile like you really care not smile like hey I can’t serve
