Clean hotel with excellent location....

Liked: 1 Bedroom suite was lovely. Very clean and spacious. Housekeeping staff excellent . Location perfect
Disliked: Front desk staff need a refresher in customer service. Very little effort welcoming guests…unless they are trying to sell you timeshares. Valet staff are extremely gratuity focused. Interesting that my front tyre suddenly had no air when I didn’t tip the Valet on one occasion….despite having tipped generously every other time!

Liked: Modern very clean hotel /time share property well located near Strip. Great view from 21 st floor. Large king studio well appointed. Very kind staff. Walkable thru adjacent mall to shops and food.
Disliked: Bathroom sliding door didn’t really closeNo restaurant on premises

Liked: everyone was nice and there is a mall hooked to the hotel,And renewing of the key every time you go back to your room which was good thing
Disliked: some of the house keeping didn't no English But other then that good
