Liked: We liked the design of the room, the great bathrooms, the amenities, the restaurants. The location was excellent for visiting Balmoral.
Disliked: No.

Liked: Lovely interior and allTo a high standard. Excellent facilities and lovely studio room. Staff were all excellent, attentive and friendly
Disliked: I didn’t think the food was as good as it could have been.

Very enjoyable short break.

Liked: Leisure facilities were very good. Junior suite with lounge and kitchenette made stay very enjoyable.
Disliked: Safe was faulty when we arrived,maintenance fixed problem only for the safe to break down again on day two of our stay.Just went without a safe for the remainder of our stay.

Best of Ballater

Liked: Beautiful location, was given a free room upgrade to super suite. A short walk into Ballater. Facilities were first class. Huge swimming pool and spa free to guests.
