Liked: City is truly a gem worth exploring. With its breathtaking beauty and rich history, we wholeheartedly recommend visiting it. The atmosphere is vibrant, filled with warmth and hospitality from the friendly local people. Overall, our stay at the hotel was enjoyable with its central location, excellent amenities like restaurants, spa, and a pleasant swimming pool. The room was nice, cozy, clean, and offered a comfortable retreat. The breakfast buffet great, impressed with its quality and variety. However, there were a few notable hiccups. Despite requesting a room on an upper floor beforehand, we were assigned to the lowest floor upon arrival. The front desk staff did their best to accommodate us, which we appreciated.
Disliked: The most disappointing aspect was being double-charged for our stay without explanation. It took multiple requests to confirm the error, and we're still awaiting reimbursement. Such oversight tarnished the departure experience, highlighting the importance of not just serving guests during their stay but also being diligent in handling departure matters, especially concerning billing errors. This discrepancy doesn't align with the service standards and brand promise of Hilton, which aspires to be the leading global hospitality company, prioritizing guest satisfaction above all. We do hope the issue will be resolved shortly.
