Liked: We loved atmosphere that this Hotel has. Amazing and very helpful stuff always were on call and everything that needed was always provided to our family. Room was very clean, the lobby and fitness center as well. We were very pleased with our stay. We definitely will come back.

It could have been better....

Liked: Comfortable, safe location
Disliked: The front desk personnel gave me no help in arranging for a taxi to downtown Orlando where I was to pick up a rental car at Budget. Although the property was designated as ?nonsmoking?, smoking was allowed outside of the hotel. The area outside of the hotel where smokers left ashes and butts was not cleaned regularly.

Disliked: Bed linens and towels did not smell fresh. Strange odor.

Liked: Nice room.
Disliked: We did not catch the small sign which said "Room Service upon request only." We expected the room to be serviced each day, but were only told after asking why our room was not serviced, did we get an explanation. Too late to get room serviced, but the staff did supply towels requested.
