Disliked: I was not allowed to check in due to the fact that I did not have a credit card on me even though I had an active debit card and cash and it was Valentine's Day and I wasn't able to get the room that I reserved and it locked my card up with the charges that had to be refunded to the cancellation it wasn't my fault and I was compensated for it and no way shape or form

Disliked: The staff not enforcing rules to the other guests of no running or wresting in the hall ways

Liked: The staff were amazing and the hotel appearance overall was nice. Unfortunately, it snowed and we appreciated that the entry and most of the lot was cleared out.
Disliked: COVID caused some of the disappointment. It was nice that there were minimal guests to ensure our safety but it would have been nice to be able to eat breakfast, lunch and/pr dinner here. If resturants are open during COvID the hotel kitchens should be able to accommodate something better than a boxed breakfast. Also, the showerhead was awful and this was the first time I have ever been in a hotel that did not have an exhaust system in the bathroom. It seems like that would be standard almost a code. Mirrors fogged badly during showers...slowing down getting ready time. Plus it made the room really warm and I would suspect that there will be a serious mold problem soon. Other than that, the room was adequate.
