Only thing I didn’t like was getting charged $10 for parking (I’m assuming that’s what it was for?) when it was made to sound like it would be taken care of but what can ya do. Nice room. Very clean. Staff was friendly! I liked how close things were to walk to.

Liked: Room was comfy and clean. Quiet.
Disliked: They would not sell beer from there cooler when the bar was closed. It was 11pm on Friday night. We wanted a cocktail after our concert but did not want to drive.

What a great experience!!!

Liked: The location was perfect for this trip. We traveled in from out of town to see stand up comedy at Vorshays. It was literally a 1 minute walk from the Hilton.
Disliked: The free parking situation was very limited, besides that I liked it all, we went down at 4 am to get some items from the shop in lobby, the self check out wasnt working and the friendly staff took care of us immediately. It was all together a fun and enjoyable experience.

Liked: I loved how clean it was. I really liked a few of your workers
Disliked: I had to ask for towels and take out my own trash, the parking garage was creepy, I was told there was security, I did not see one security person the whole time I was there. The guy i checked in with was not friendly at all, explained nothing to me, acted like I was putting him out. I know this is not something you can do anything about, but it is a sketchy neighborhood, I had, what I assume, is homeless people right outside my window.
