Hilton Garden Inn Westbury

Enjoyed every bit of my stay at this hotel!  I checked in at about 3:15 pm for one night, as I was going to a concert in Wantagh, NY and didn't want to take the LIRR back to Brooklyn in the dead of night. Lobby area was light, airy and welcoming. Check-in was quick and I accessed my room on the first floor. Room was clean, with standard amenities and good space for a king sized room. Bed was comfortable and I slept well. As a bonus, Westbury Mall is right across the street with brands like Dave and Busters, Bed Bath and Beyond, Marshall's and my new favorite, The Cheesecake Factory. Standard hot breakfast the next day, with great choices including omelette and waffles made to order. Quick check-out if you use their 'Zip-Out Check-Out' option.  If you have nothing to dispute on your hotel bill, just call the front desk to check out and leave the hotel keys in the room. Great deal with this hotel, I highly recommend it and would stay there again.

TERRIBLE, NO SAFETY, NO SECURITY...

Disliked: NO SECURITY, NO SAFETY, most important Anyone could come up to the floors with out any security, as I have made a common to some young ladies in the evening. where I have seen two male individuals walking all aroundThis must be a welfare Hotel. Discouraged to the name HILTON brand. AC units smell, no one must have change the filters. Carpet and curtains smell NEVER HAVE BEEN CLEAN.Bathroom doors DO NOT CLOSE. Upon your request I could send you a video if you wish.WE LEFT THE SECOND DAY AND CHECK IN Marriott across the streetTAKE THIS HOTEL OFF THE MARKET FOR BUSINESS INDIVIDUALS OR TRAVELERS!!!!!

Third Hilton we stayed in...

Disliked: The hotel was not clean or maintained! One elevator out!Second elevator went out and we walked down from 2nd floor. Water dripping through ceiling tile in 1st floor hallway! Elevator doors dirty and stained should have been wiped! Worn carpet moldings with chipped paint in room. Totally over priced!!!
