Ridiculousness

Liked: Please refer to "What didn't you like"
Disliked: I live in the area, my air because of the heat went out! My room was $276.00 which to me wasn't a good rate, prior I stayed at the Westin and Hilton Suits which was $177...In my opinion the room wasn't as clean as it should've been, the beds were unattractive, the air unit looked filthy! The rug was ripped and patched to cover something on the floor and the floor was unleveled, I'm use to high quality hotels and cleanliness, this was none of that. I would like half of my funds back or all, The room number was 307. I will never stay their again.

Pleasant stay happy and was...

Liked: The bed was very comfortable. Customer service was very nice. The hotel was clean. The layout was very nice.
Disliked: I was told that my housekeeping would clean my room after I spoke to housekeeper manager she told me they was short staffed although. I paid 3 times almost $600 and should've received exceptional service . Aside from that I'm new to this hotel and that's not a good look.I was asked by the manager of housekeeping to take off my sheets remove my trash and take my towels and place outside for new ones. Meanwhile, sheets were dropped off and my husband worked hard went from one job to the next and couldn't take a shower because he couldn't wait because no new or clean towels were brought in and helped couldn't rest for second job due to no linens on the bed! Just Tacky! I explained to the young lady at the front desk would the housekeepers made time if this had been a COOPERATE PERSON? Meanwhile, my husband and I work hard and paid our Money and should've received the same Exceptional service like others especially since we paid our money like OTHERS! NOT TOO HAPPY, i had to make my bed close to 9 p.m. and my husband wasn't able to sleep for second job due to bed not made nor bathe because linens were forgotten. My husband and I are new customers to this hotel and honestly that's the only thing that wasn't perfect. Otherwise staff members, very friendly, property environment inside/ outside very clean as a whistle. The layout of this hotel is perfect! The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were also. I didn't have no neck pain or anything, they give you the right amount of pillows.This hotel feels very much homey, just a little short staffed. I would rate this hotel 9 out 10 simply because of the small housekeeping hiccup. Otherwise, I'd give it a 10 Star

Ok for one night.

Liked: I liked being on the first floor near the pool area.
Disliked: I didn't like that the phone in the room did not work so I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk. Also I asked about the breakfast fee and the front desk receptionist gave me the info I was looking for, I went outside to put something my car and came right back to purchase the breakfast deal where she informs me that she is sorry and that breakfast ended at 11AM. I was 10:50AM when I asked about it, she could've mentioned that breakfast was ending in 10mins smh.
