Hilton Garden Inn West Palm Beach Airport

Liked: Friendly service.

Had to use OnStar to find it. You have to enter through two other parking lots to get to the front entrance. Some minor construction going on but what's new. That's at almost every hotel these days. I didn't get to use my AAA and that sucked. Nowhere to put my number in when I signed up using your service. I also just became a new member of Hilton and they were not able to give me credit for my stay....that sucked.

Liked: I had a new remodeled room and front destination staff were great, very polite, friendly and professional
Disliked: Strange location tricky to find, under minor construction

Hotel conveniently located to area I needed. Hotel check in quick and efficient. Staff friendly. Clean; water hot; bed comfy; quiet location. Would definitely stay again.

Breakfast included does not mean...

Liked: It was comfortable and close to the airport.
Disliked: We had stayed at 2 other hotels this past week while traveling. This was the only hotel that required $5.00 parking fee. This was the only place that required an internet fee. The booking said “breakfast included”. That is why I decided to stay here. I learned a lesson though. You book with hotels that say, “complimentary breakfast”. We found out the Hilton breakfast wasn’t complimentary so why put anything about breakfast at all in the ad. Other people checking in thought the same way I did. The lady who checked us in said, you can go next door to the Hampton in for a free breakfast. The last 2 hotels we stayed in were the Holiday Inn and Ramada Inn. They had a complimentary breakfast, free internet and free parking. The Hiltons facilities weren’t any nicer. I expected different because it was the “Hilton”.

Perfect choice

Liked: Everything was perfect, I traveled with my granddaughters to visit the West Palm Beach Zoo and staying at this hotel was the best choice, pool, food, staff, rooms everything amazing, I would honestly recommend my friends.

Liked: Breakfast was excellent and very appetizing. The coffee was very good. The room was very spacious clean, very comfortable and relaxing. The property location was very conveniently located to PBI Airport and I-95
Disliked: I have no complaints it was a stress free and hassle free stay.
