I love Hilton hotels but Will definitely not stay at this one again

Liked: Location was great and lobby was beautiful
Disliked: Bathroom floor was dirty. Tub was not clean. Air conditioner was not blowing cool air. I had to take vent out and clean it myself and it was filthy. Front desk did not notify us that the type room we booked was not what we were getting (booked 2 queen, got 1 queen)

Very poor

Liked: Staff was acceptable
Disliked: Room was gross. Shower curtains and A/C had mold. Tiles in shower were cracked and sharp to the touch. Carpet had a giant rip by the bed. Tv did not work and staff weren't a le to fix.
