Overall the stay was comfortable...

Liked: The location was right off the freeway so that was a plus
Disliked: It’s very outdated. The bathtub in my room had rust in it. The carpet was extremely dirty in the room as well as in the hallway. The water in the sink as well as the toilet and tub has a brown cloudy color to it.

I will never be back.

Liked: Breakfast was ok. Staff are friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. Being able to keep my dog with us was good. Laundry on site was helpful. I worried about it staining my clothes.
Disliked: The interior is atrocious compared to so many other newer facilities. The carpet through out is old and grungy, dirty and depressing. The room furniture is old and beat up. The dirty looking water was down right scary. Was the coffee made with it? I kept waiting for the stomach ache to follow. A warning in the room would have been helpful.

Overpriced-

Liked: It was close to the ball park my grandchild was playing in. The staff was friendly enough and did give us bottled water to use to make coffee in the room.
Disliked: The water was brown in the tub, toilet, sink. The bathtub looked like they had tried to refurbish it, but it didn’t work out. The A/C was not working properly in the room, or the lobby area. I don’t think it was working at all in the hallway. In spite of our rooms being outrageously high priced, breakfast was an additional $15 for adults and $10 for children which made it not an option for an out of town little league team.

Liked: The only thing I liked was that we was on the first floor.
Disliked: Didn't like that our room wasn't fully cleaned. And had mold in the bathroom.

Horrible.

Disliked: We got there. It took 20 minutes to Check-in when we got up to the room. It wasn't really clean. It didn't have any toilet paper. I had to go downstairs and get toilet paper. The phone didn't work. We had to go downstairs to get towels. And the next day we didn't even get any towels until that night. The pool was horrible. Everything about the hotel was horrible. I didn't get my deposit back yet. Still, I've never stayed at a hotel that I didn't get my deposit back when I left it was a horrible experience. My kids didn't even have fun. Couldn't even swim in the pool. There was so much chlorine in there and it was dirty all around the pool. Dirty towels everything and the staff didn't seem to care that we didn't have towels or anything. It was a horrible experience. I've tried to call and talk to the manager and they won't even call me back.
