Liked: Excellent appearance. Kind staff. Clean rooms. Will book there again!

Liked: It was in a convenient location close to lots of great shops and restaurants. Checkout was quick and easy
Disliked: The mattress was very firm and uncomfortable and all the pillows were lumpy. The trim was unfinished in the bathrooms and they left us with less than half a roll of toilet paper. When I called the front desk for more toilet paper, she was extremely short with me and hung up the phone. The toilet paper never came so I asked housekeeping for some when I ran into them in the hallway. The “blackout” curtains were outdated and did a poor job at blocking out sunlight. There was a strange humming type noise that we could hear in the room all day and night.

Disliked: The headboard make it uncomfortable to sit in the bed. And the price of the breakfast buffet was a little much, usually eat very light that was a waste to us.
