It was OK; the valet staff was super helpful, but the cleanliness was below standard.

Liked: The valet staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There was hair on the sheets; we had to reposition the fridge; we had to walk through construction to get to the pool.

So some people were given a breakfast voucher - I was not offered this option, so it cost 20.00 for 2 pieces of french toast and a small amount of eggs. I would not stay here again. May rethink staying at Hilton hotel ever again. I am not happy I went to DC to have a good time - you did not accomplish this for me.

The staff was very accommodating. The room was spacious and very clean. It was convenient to all the attractions and only 2 blocks from the White House. I enjoyed it very much and the next time I come to DC I will be staying there again.

Stay was as expected

Liked: Hotel and room were as expected based on the reviews that I saw pre-booking. It's across the road from the metro station so you can get around easily. Had breakfast twice, staff is helpful and friendly, no complaints regarding quality of food.
Disliked: Confirming in what I read in other reviews, the air conditioning unit cannot be turned off, so there is always a background noise. Manage to sleep through it though, but can imagine that some people may find it bothersome.

Disliked: Room was on a bad side of the building very noisy due to the central air conditioner. Coffee machine was not working. Plus it was the worst experience about parking!!! There were mention that parking available when you book a room , but actually the parking garage is not belong to the hotel, as per supervisor, they just cooperated, you have to pay separately for overnight $56 +$10 fee, and very next parking garage is much cheaper!!! And when we got back our car inside the engine it was a dead rat!!!!! Horrible smell and damaged inside top cover!!!! We submitted a complaint to the operating company!!! Hotel supervisor was absolutely unhelpful! Very sad, that service went so down, even more there were no coffee at the lobby,will not recommend this hotel!!! Be aware how they treat guests!!!
