great staff and facility
Liked: The front desk representatives and Sharde at the bar were amazing! I celebrated my daughters birthday with a hotel sleepover for her and friends and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are large and the beds are very comfortable.

Dirty and outdated.
Liked: The hotel was located close to a lot of restaurants and stores.
Disliked: Hotel room smelled musty and cleaning people left their dirty rag in our room. The pool and hot tub room were unbearable to breathe with the over abundance of chlorine which we would have thought the spa and pool would be clean but very old and dirty. When checking out we and other guests told staff the coffee was empty and the staff members that were doing breakfast replied to my husband “you’re interrupting a very important conversation.” Needless to say we do NOT recommend this hotel.

Not Worth It
Liked: room and cable
Disliked: Was there Wednesday to Sunday. Requested room clean on Friday noone came. Informed desk and they requested for sat. What was point when I'm leaving sunday. No Ice machines working on all floors til Sat and there was no a/c in hallways of all floors the entire time. Def not Hilton standards and I'm a Honors member. very disappointing. Paid 1k for the time there def not worth it.
