Liked: The rooms were clean and this hotel is very centrally located right opposite target.
Disliked: We made the booking through booking. Com and bought the room package with mountain view with free breakfast included. It was a a la carte breakfast with a 25pp credit. So we were told to pay the extra which was very frustrating as we bought the breakfast included package. After a lot of back and forth with booking.com and the hotel the extra breakfast charges were waived as a "once off" by the hotel. Booking.com emailed stating breakfast was indeed included and hotel had verified this so I am not sure what was going on with the hotel saying otherwise.A frustrating experience overall and also there's not much of a view of the mountain because of the buildings blocking the view. There were very loud motorbikes parked at the side entrance of this hotel and they always seem to rev up and go at around 10ish so if your in bed trying to sleep it will wake you up.

Liked: Amazing location, clean rooms, quite AC, enough space on balcony for 2 people.
Disliked: Specifically picked a room with 25USD credit that can be used on property + early check in + late check out. During check in reception told us we have late check put that is between 2PM-6PM depending on availability. On the morning of the check out, when I asked for specific time for check out, they were rude and keep saying I don’t have late check out even though I paid extra just for that. At the end they said they are making exception and they gonna use my 25USD credits for late check out at 2PM. Great exception when you are using someone else’s money for something that’s already paid. 2 days after check out we have extra expenses on our card, and they are refusing to send receipt. Would not recommend anyone, there is plenty of nice hotels around that area.

Facilities and Cleaners Great -...

Liked: Facilities were super clean. Location is right amongst the hype of Waikiki, which was great for shopping. Rooms were comfortable and and cool.
Disliked: The staff members could try a smile and a hello/aloha of which we never got the whole time. And maybe not yell at me and deny me breakfast, which was included in our stay. When I went to the main desk to sort it, which took 2 people to do. The staff member who yelled at me was yelling at other guests and then said to me "It's not my fault your name wasn't on the list." I honestly felt like crying that's how trash I felt. Sorry, my kids had to see that behaviour.

Disliked: The bathroom was rather small, and it was difficult or rather strange how to get in the shower.
