Liked: It is centrally located in the heart of Waikiki.
Disliked: We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Waikiki for a full week and were extremely disappointed with both the cleanliness of the hotel and the complete lack of accountability from the valet staff.Let’s start with the valet — they damaged our vehicle and made absolutely no effort to take responsibility. It took multiple days just to get someone to file an incident report, and when we finally spoke to a supervisor, there was no apology, no ownership, and no sense of urgency to address the issue. Completely unacceptable, especially for a property under the Hilton brand.As for the hotel itself, cleanliness and housekeeping were consistently subpar. There were multiple days where our room wasn’t cleaned until well after 4 PM — some days, not until we had to call and ask. When you're paying these kinds of rates and staying for an extended period, basic service like timely housekeeping should not be an issue.Between the poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and basic cleanliness issues, this was a very disappointing stay. I would strongly reconsider staying here if you expect even a minimum level of service or accountability.

Disliked: I did not like that breakfast was not available for us although we were under the impression that it was included. Thank you so much.

Liked: The location of the hotel is perfect. The staff is lovely. The room is just right. It was wonderful staying here. It really felt like home for the week I stayed. Highly recommend.
Disliked: I would only say, if possible, softer light voltage in the room (both next to the bed and TV). Aside from this one small item, nothing else.

No Resort Hilton plus a...

Liked: Centrally located to Waikīkī beach
Disliked: They charged us a $40 resort fee when there was no resort and the pool was under renovation so we couldn’t even use it . We only stayed one night and left at 530am . They should only charge a resort fee if the customer is actually going to use the resort but they didn’t have one . Seems like some scam to me
